The select-query cannot find the record if it executes on the Pre-event handler. (AX 2012 R3)

I have found the mistake and it was much more interesting then ValidTimeState
The method which I want to handle runs between delete() of DirPartyPostalAddressView and aosValidateDelete() of the table LogisticsPostalAddress. When I want to find the record (DirPartyPostalAddressView) it's already deleted but after negative validation the transaction was rolled back and I can find it by run the Job
