Note Use this method if the Library string value does not exist.
Create a new string value under the Category Regkey\Performance subkey, and then specify the string value as follows:
- Name: Library
- Value data: netfxperf.dll
Note The Category Regkey placeholder represents the actual path of the category registry key.

Change the value data of the Library string value to "netfxperf.dll."

Note Use this method if the First Counter value does not exist.
If the counter category is specified by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, run a repair process of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The repair process can regenerate correct values of the performance counter registry keys.
If the counter category is specified by Windows Workflow Foundation, run the following command to re-create the First Counter value and the Last Counter value:
lodctr "c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.0\Windows Workflow Foundation\PerfCounters.ini"
